Midnight Memories is the third studio album by English-Irish boy band One Direction, released on 25 November 2013 by Columbia Records, Syco Music and Sony Music. Kabar keluarnya Kariin dan Annisa itu diumumkan sendiri oleh pihakJKT48 melalui web resmi mereka. Dalam pengumuman resmi itu, disebutkan jika mereka berdua keluar atas keputusan sendiri setelah mengajukan permohonan pengunduran diri.

Lantaran permohonan itu, pihak manajemen JKT48 memutuskan untuk menghormati dan menyatakan semenjak Senin (9/9), Kariin danAnnisa sudah tidak menjadi bagian dari keluarga besar JKT48.

Dan sehubungan dengan keluarnya mereka berdua, pihakJKT48 menginformasikan kepada fans yang memilih Kariin danAnnisa dalam event handshake Yuuhi wo Miteiruka? (Apakah Kau Melihat Mentari Senja?) bisa mengganti tiket yang sudah dibeli pada Sabtu (14/9) di Theater JKT48.
Sementara itu untuk yang memilih mereka dalam event handshakeFortune Cookie in Love (Fortune Cookie Yang Mencinta) bisa mengganti tiket pada 10 November mendatang. Dengan keluarnya Kariin danAnnisa, maka sudah ada 5 orang member generasi ke-2 JKT48 yang keluar.
